WMC 357 Water JetThe WMC 357 water jet propulsion system has been designed for commercial use to give outstanding performance with boats in the 3 to 8 tonnes range, using single jets and engine up to 600 h.p. the construction of the ducts from G.R.P., making it easily adaptable for different hull configurations or multiple lay-outs. The rear overhang is kept minimal.

POWER & PERFORMANCE

'SINGLE' JET SELECTION

Having established a power plant, and boat operating speed the graph shows appropriate choice of jet size. The curves show the band of most efficient operation for each of the WMC jet models. These figures apply to SINGLE installations.

'SINGLE' JET PERFORMANCE

The chart indicates the performance to be expected using a WMC jet. The factor for performance is POWER to WEIGHT RATIO, although it is also affected by boat size, dead rise angle, L.C.G., surface finish and particularly for boats at low planing speeds, by planing surface in relation to weight. While this is not a guarantee, 90% of boats 22' to 45' range fitted with WMC jets give speeds lying between the lines shown.
